My name is Karol.

At one point, I seriously thought I might become a pope — until reality (and common sense) intervened. Since then, I’ve been doing the next best thing: shaping ideas into words and images, exploring perspectives, and refusing to follow rules that don’t make sense.

I live in London, but I grew up in Polish mountains — where curiosity meets freedom — a place that demanded stubbornness, resilience, and imagination just to thrive. That environment taught me to juggle challenges, push boundaries, and turn raw conditions into something meaningful and beautiful. That same spirit now guides my work: moving between mediums, fields, languages, fearless in experimentation, yet anchored in precision and purpose. 

I navigate deadlines and tasks without losing my identity as an artist — a creator who thinks in multiple dimensions, and sees every project as a space to explore but also use resources wisely, connect, and innovate.

Outside work, I play violin, lift heavy things, drink far too much coffee, and explore the edges of neurology and psychotherapy. I am curious, persistent, multi-skilled, and alive to possibilities — both in life and in art. I don’t just fit into boxes—I build new ones. 

• I’ve worked in print design studios, creating everything from business identities to shop signage.

• I’ve been part of a startup build, shaping brand voice, marketing strategies, and content across platforms.

• I’ve proofread and edited medical / communication / business / management research pieces, turning raw writing into digestible, lean, and well-structured text ready for publication (in English & Polish).

• I’ve illustrated for educational projects, making language a bit more visual and learning-friendly.

• I’ve managed teams, small projects, and shops while staying true to what I am at my core—a writer, visual artist and... myself.

• I work with people facing long-term challenges — mental, physical, or legal — helping them develop skills, confidence, and persistence. I see it as an art of communication, care, and real-world transformation.

• Oh, and I’ve written my first book. It’s in proofreading. Almost ready. I just need to publish it...
